The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 188 An                      
Act relating to reports of suspected child abuse or neglect, and               
requiring that, as part of the investigation of the reports of suspected       
child abuse or neglect, all official interviews with children who are          
alleged to have been abused or neglected be videotaped and                     
recommended the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                
Substitute offered on page 2596 be adopted.  Signing do pass:                  
Senator Taylor, Chair, Senator Miller.  Signing will support when              
amended: Senator Green.  Signing do not pass: Senator Adams.
